PRODUCT DATA OVERVIEW · OCTOBER 4, 2026
What Itemlume handles when you browse and create.
This page explains the current Itemlume data flow: account information, creative inputs, AI provider processing, and public-page measurement. Itemlume is operated by 东莞星织科技有限公司. Send account-data questions and privacy requests to support@framesprite.com.
Public browsing and account data
Public product and guide pages can be viewed without an account. Creating, uploading, saving, and opening private workspace data requires sign-in.
- Account records include the email address, display name, role, locale, password-verification data, recovery-code records, session records, and credit balances needed for the current service.
- Authentication uses a login session cookie and a separate anti-forgery token. The public-page language choice is kept as a local browser preference.
- The service is currently hosted on a Tencent Cloud server in Hong Kong.
Creative inputs and AI providers
Product assets, saved works, brand settings, model references, generation records, and result files are scoped to the signed-in account. Private images are served through authenticated account-specific routes rather than public asset URLs.
When you explicitly start an AI operation, Itemlume sends the inputs needed for that request to the configured AI provider. Depending on the workflow, those inputs can include a product image, model reference, approved first frame, prompt, ratio, or video direction. Local layout edits do not by themselves start another AI generation.
Provider-side processing, retention, and training practices depend on the configured provider and gateway terms. Itemlume does not make an unverified promise about those practices on this page.
First-party public-page measurement
First-party public-page analytics stores aggregate page-view counts. The analytics records do not store raw IP addresses and do not set a persistent unique-visitor identifier. A small allowlist of Itemlume campaign links is counted by day, public page, source, medium, campaign and content label. Arbitrary query values and search terms are not saved. These counts are page requests, not unique people, sales or conversion attribution. Requests indicating Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, recognized bots and non-successful page responses are excluded from this measurement. Aggregate page-view records are retained for up to 400 days; the administrative dashboard exposes a maximum 90-day reporting range.
This description applies to the analytics records. Infrastructure and security systems, authentication rate limits, and server access logs may process connection metadata separately for operation and abuse prevention.
Itemlume has not connected advertising trackers. See the pricing page for current purchase availability.
Memberships and payment records
When you choose a monthly USD membership or one-time extra credit pack through PayPal, Itemlume sends the selected plan or pack, amount, currency, merchant identifier, internal purchase references and return URLs to PayPal. This checkout request does not send your Itemlume sign-in email. Payment details are entered on PayPal’s checkout, not into the Itemlume workspace.
Itemlume keeps the account, subscription and order identifiers, plan, billing period, renewal and cancellation state, confirmed payments, event identifiers, expiry and credit adjustments needed to deliver paid access and reconcile purchases, refunds and disputes. It verifies signed payment notifications and provider records before issuing credits. Returning from checkout does not by itself grant credits. See the pricing page for current purchase availability.

Frequently asked questions
Are my private product and model images public?
No. Workspace images and generation results use authenticated, account-scoped routes. The separate demonstration images on public product pages are intentionally public assets.
What is sent to an AI provider?
Only when you start an AI operation, the request can include the relevant product image, model reference or first frame, prompt, ratio, and generation settings.
Does public-page analytics store my raw IP address?
The aggregate public-page analytics records do not store raw IP addresses. Operational logs, security controls, and authentication rate limits may process connection metadata separately.
Is this the complete legal privacy policy?
No. This is a product-data overview. The operator and support contact are listed here, but a complete privacy policy and governing terms remain separate documents.
