PRACTICAL DOWNLOADS
Plan the collection. Keep a record of what passed.
These downloadable worksheets help you organize product-photo reviews and campaign variants before publishing. Use them with original photographs, edited images, or AI-generated visuals. They are ordinary CSV files you can open in a spreadsheet, with no account required to download.
Product-reference capture cards
52 original case-specific capture procedures cover small jewelry, textile construction, changing food states, controls, mechanical relationships and physical packaging. Each has a manual CSV with evidence and release fields left blank. Download the question index.
52 decision-specific manual worksheets
Each new English decision guide provides its own CSV worksheet. Practice rows are fictional; actual evidence and release decisions remain blank. These are manual records, with no store connection, macros or automatic approval.
Product image review checklist
Start with the actual product reference beside the candidate image. Check the silhouette, packaging, visible text, color, quantity, materials, edges, and any implied claim. Then review the intended crop and the channel’s current image rules. Record a result and a specific correction for each check, rather than giving the image a single overall score.
The worksheet includes checks, their purpose, and empty fields for your result, notes, and reviewer. Duplicate it for each source product or add your own job and variant columns. Keep rejected candidates in your private review record when they explain why the selected result is safer to publish.
Read the full product image review guide for examples of errors that are easy to miss at thumbnail size.
Holiday campaign creative planner
Download the campaign planner CSV
Plan one row per product, placement, and creative variant. Begin with the buyer’s question and an approved source image. Add the scene, canvas ratio, editable copy, landing page, offer dates, review status, and the actual metric you intend to measure after publication.
Use the same base direction for related products, but record exceptions for glass, reflective metal, fabric, or a different product shape. A shared style specification should not force an inaccurate color or scale. Keep planned outcomes separate from measured outcomes; fill metrics only after the campaign has run.
The Black Friday creative plan explains how to stage the work without changing every variable at once.
Choose a guide for the decision in front of you
| Your decision | Start here | Keep as evidence |
|---|---|---|
| What must remain accurate? | Product fidelity review | Original reference, candidate, and rejection reason |
| How do the products look related? | Batch style specification | Shared framing, light, palette, and exceptions |
| What should the prompt specify? | Product photography prompts | Scene brief and one controlled change per test |
| What happens during the clip? | Product video storyboard | First frame, camera action, timing, and ending |
Use the resources in your own team
You may download, copy, and adapt these worksheets for your own product and campaign planning. You do not need to publish private product references or customer information to use them. If you share an unchanged worksheet publicly, link back to this page so readers can find the current version and its accompanying explanation.
CSV files do not include macros. Each download is a static worksheet, not an integration with your store, a scheduler, or an automated quality detector. You remain responsible for checking the product, platform requirements, and final published creative. Send corrections or accessibility questions to support@framesprite.com.
Build a brief before creating the image
The free product creative brief builder turns your scene, lighting, ratio, and product details into an image or single-shot video prompt. Copy or download the text with its review checklist.
This rule-based tool runs in your browser without an account. It does not upload the fields, call an AI provider, or use credits. A generated image or video is a separate step.
September 2026 trend observations
Download the trend evidence CSV
This eight-row snapshot records related product-creative topics observed on Google Trends, Pinterest, and TikTok on September 13, 2026. Each row keeps the country, platform measurement window, metric, source URL, and interpretation limits. The measurement periods precede the observation date.
Use it to choose a creative question to test, not to forecast sales or claim an absolute search volume. Read the full trend notes and sampling method before comparing values from different platforms.
Manual production and discovery records
Four original worksheets accompany the 12 October 2026 guides. Sample rows are fictional and blank review fields are for your own decisions. These files contain no macros, model calls, store connections or hidden automation.
