Where Did Creatify’s Plan Switch Go, and How Can I Review an Ad Before It Renders?

Creatify’s current Ad Agent guide says the old Plan/Auto and Pro/Lite switches have been removed. To review before rendering, explicitly ask for the concept and script first, with no video generation yet. Then inspect the returned material before sending a separate, specific generation instruction.

01 / WHERE DID CREATIFY’S PLAN SWITCH GO, AND HOW CAN I REVIEW AN AD BEFORE IT RENDERS?

Start with the current workflow, not a missing toggle

The current help article describes Ad Agent as the replacement for Creative Agent. If an older tutorial tells you to select Plan, do not spend the entire session looking for that switch. Identify the current interface and describe the stage you actually want.

Prepare an approved product source, the intended audience, the placement, the required length and the single idea the ad should communicate. Keep uncertain product claims out of the confirmed facts. A product link is an input for research, not a guarantee that every extracted statement is correct.

Make the first request a reviewable deliverable

A useful planning request specifies the output: a concept, a script and unresolved questions, without starting video generation. The instruction should clearly distinguish facts from creative suggestions. Read the response for the requested stage before approving any next action.

For example, ask for a short product reveal built around one verified feature, then request a list of any missing evidence. Do not ask for a finished campaign in the same sentence if your real intention is only to compare script directions.

The help article documents this conversational method; it does not establish a hard technical spending lock. Inspect the actual state and cost information in the account. This guide has not tested that every free-form instruction prevents rendering under every condition.

03 / WHERE DID CREATIFY’S PLAN SWITCH GO, AND HOW CAN I REVIEW AN AD BEFORE IT RENDERS?

An illustrative exercise: approve the idea separately

Illustrative exercise: a fictional desk-lamp merchant wants a simple scene showing an adjustable head. The source set proves the hinge and the actual finish but provides no evidence for battery life or eye-health claims. This is a planned review example, not a generated Creatify advertisement.

The planning response is acceptable only if it uses the confirmed construction, leaves unsupported claims out, and identifies how the product will be visible. If it invents a battery specification, return that issue to script review rather than approving generation because the language sounds persuasive.

After agreement, send a separate instruction that identifies the approved script version and the intended output. Keep the final wording available outside a long conversational thread so a later reviewer can compare the rendered take with what was approved.

Attach revisions to the correct take

The current guide documents take-numbered project entries and timestamped feedback. Record the particular take and the time of a defect when sending revisions. A request such as “at the lamp reveal, keep the original finish” is easier to assess when it is attached to a specific version and observation.

A ready notification is a processing signal, not approval of the product or campaign. Check the selected file against the brief, then record the release decision. No account operation, rendering, measured time saving, advertising performance, or Creatify integration into Itemlume is claimed in this guide.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Frequently asked questions

Is an old Plan/Auto tutorial necessarily describing the current Ad Agent interface?

No. The current official help explicitly says those switches are gone. Use the documented conversational review request and inspect your actual interface.

Does asking for a script first guarantee a technical credit lock?

The help documents a review instruction, not a universal spending lock. Keep generation approval separate and inspect actual task and cost information.
