PRODUCT CREATIVE / PRODUCTION AND HANDOFF

Where Should I Start a Product Showcase After Creatify Retired Its Old Product Video Home Entry?

For a new advertisement, check Creatify's current Ad Agent workflow first. Its older Product Video notice explains why the home-page tile disappeared and names replacement recipes. These sources describe different changes: Ad Agent replaces Creative Agent, while the Product Video notice discusses the retired tile. Neither establishes that every old recipe, control or project migrated into Ad Agent.

01 / WHERE SHOULD I START A PRODUCT SHOWCASE AFTER CREATIFY RETIRED ITS OLD PRODUCT VIDEO HOME ENTRY?

Diagnose the missing starting point

Creatify's 10 May 2026 Product Video notice retires the home-page tool, names Show Your Product under Top Ads of the Week and the Product Shot and Avatar Showcase recipes, and describes the old link as transitional. Use it to explain an obsolete tutorial step rather than treating it as a permanent navigation guarantee.

The current Ad Agent help calls its chat-based assistant the main way to create ads in Creatify and says it replaces Creative Agent. It supports starting from a product URL, attached media or a saved product, and asking to review the concept and script before generation.

For a new ad, assess that current workflow against the approved brief. If following a named recipe or revising an existing project, check that route's actual availability separately. The two documents do not establish that all Product Video recipes or saved projects moved into Ad Agent.

Use the dated notice to interpret the retired tile and transitional link. See Creatify's Product Video notice.

Use the current help to assess the main workflow for creating a new advertisement. See Creatify's Ad Agent guide.

02 / WHERE SHOULD I START A PRODUCT SHOWCASE AFTER CREATIFY RETIRED ITS OLD PRODUCT VIDEO HOME ENTRY?

Record the route that actually exists

Separate three destinations in the checklist: the entry for a new advertisement, a specifically named recipe, and an existing saved project. The current Ad Agent help supports assessing the first destination. The dated Product Video notice names Show Your Product under Top Ads of the Week, Product Shot and Avatar Showcase; it does not prove those recipes are available in every present account.

Record the visible entry label, date and task before replacing an old instruction. If a named recipe is absent, leave its availability unresolved and use the current help or support route to identify an appropriate next step. Do not label a different screen as the migrated recipe merely because it can create a product ad.

Illustrative exercise: replace one obsolete checklist step

This exercise is fictional; no Creatify account navigation was performed. A seller has a launch checklist whose first step points to the retired Product Video home tile. The editor retains the old instruction and records its date rather than silently changing the historical evidence.

The revised checklist separates “create a new advertisement” from “continue project X.” For the new task, the editor records the current entry actually observed. A recipe-specific instruction is retained only after checking that recipe, with its exact visible name. For the existing project, the editor records its own location and leaves missing-project questions unresolved instead of starting a new chat and calling that a recovery.

If a transitional link opens during the real check, record that observation and time, not a permanent-access promise. The deliverable is a dated navigation handoff containing verified and unresolved entries. Concept review, script approval and rendering decisions belong in the separate planning guide.

Once the correct new-ad entry is established, use Review a Creatify concept before rendering for the planning and generation decisions; this route guide does not repeat that workflow.

04 / WHERE SHOULD I START A PRODUCT SHOWCASE AFTER CREATIFY RETIRED ITS OLD PRODUCT VIDEO HOME ENTRY?

Preserve project history while updating instructions

Keep existing project identifiers and approved exports separate from the instruction revision. A navigation announcement does not itself establish a project migration, deletion or recovery policy. If an old project is missing, investigate that observation through the relevant project or support workflow.

Record the date checked, actual starting point and any input differences before sharing the revised checklist. Recheck the route when the interface changes again. This guide uses the dated official notice and a fictional decision exercise; it is not a logged-in test or a recommendation to buy a plan.

Preserve the pending decision and approved inputs alongside the updated navigation instructions. See What to save before handing off an unfinished draft.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Frequently asked questions

Does the notice guarantee that the old Product Video link still works today?

No. It describes a transitional period without a permanent-access guarantee. Check the actual current route when doing the work.

Should I discard an approved export because its creation tile disappeared?

A navigation change alone is not a reason to discard it. Preserve the export and project record, and evaluate whether the existing asset still serves the current campaign.
