Find a question
Why is my already-digitized logo being treated as a new embroidery design after I upload it again?
Identify the paid Printful library file and separate reuse eligibility before reuploading an identical logo or reusing a newly composed embroidery design.
Why Did a Printify Mockup Change Not Change the Printed Logo?
Map Printify color options or store design variants to actual production artwork, rather than assuming the chosen mockup determines what gets printed.
Why does a black Placeit preview import into Printify as Unlinked instead of linking to Black?
Separate Placeit preview color from Printify variant assignment, choose the right upload route, and check the actual garment and storefront.
