How to plan credits for an image and video campaign

Count the chargeable operations

Write down each operation before confirming it. Product, poster and logo image requests use the displayed image quote. AI copy and concept planning are free under the current scope. TVC storyboard grids and native video clips are separate paid stages.

Do not estimate the nine-shot workflow by multiplying only the final 5, 10 or 15-second edit by a video rate. The current H3 workflow generates nine native five-second clips and then assembles the selected edit. That is 45 generated seconds before any retake.

Use the current quote and a worked budget

Check current pricing and account access and the quote shown before each stage. At the current listed rates, four 4K storyboard grids use 4 × 20 = 80 credits; nine five-second 720p clips use 45 × 8 = 360 credits. The storyboard-and-film subtotal is 440 credits. A confirmed five-second retake adds 40 credits. Text planning adds zero credits.

This is a worked calculation at the reviewed rates, not a guaranteed cost for every campaign. It excludes other images, external editing and future requests. A completed file may still fail quality review; check recorded tasks before resubmitting an uncertain request.

Distinguish credits from dollars

Credits are the site’s usage units. Credit packs are purchases priced in USD; a generation consumes credits according to the current operation quote. A pack’s dollar price and a video’s credit cost answer different questions. Check current pricing or the Credits & plans panel for the available pack and checkout information.

1. Sign in to the account that should receive the credits.
2. Review the pack, USD total and applicable checkout details.
3. Use the available payment checkout and return to the same account.
4. Check the purchase status and balance before confirming generation.

Current online checkout is provided through PayPal when enabled for the store. Payment availability and completed-credit delivery should be checked in the live account; this article is not a promise of a successful transaction.

Keep a simple decision log

Record what each request was meant to achieve and whether the result was approved. This makes future budgets reflect your own product and creative needs rather than a generic conversion claim. Compare the value of another variation with the information it could add.

Review failed or uncertain tasks through Generation tasks and account records before submitting duplicates. For refund or purchase questions, use the published refund policy and contact support with the order or task information. Never send payment credentials or API secrets in a support message.
